HOW LOTTRAIL WORKS

One vehicle.
Two next moves.

Find the car, prepare a Marketplace draft, or put a clear purchase estimate in the customer’s hands.

Trail Buddy handles supported desktop Chrome pages. The public Deal Builder is available without a workspace account.See the workflow

FIND THE VEHICLE

Search the dealership inventory.

Look up a vehicle by stock number, VIN, year or model. Check its listed price, source date and any availability warning before using it.

Good to know

A vehicle on the dealer website is not necessarily on the lot. Verify its status before promising it to a customer.

  1. Search source-checked inventory
  2. Confirm current price and availability
  3. Open the vehicle workbench

PREPARE FOR MARKETPLACE

Move from vehicle to draft.

Start with the selected vehicle and your saved Trail Buddy choices. Supported details and photos are prepared for Facebook Marketplace. Open the draft directly, or use the optional review controls when a listing needs attention.

Good to know

Trail Buddy works on configured desktop Chrome sources. You review the Facebook form and publish manually. An opened form does not confirm publication.

DEAL BUILDER

Work the numbers in front of the customer.

Use a dealership vehicle or enter a selling price. Add cash down, trade, payoff, fees, tax and rate; compare terms, then print an estimate. A customer record is optional.

Good to know

The estimate is a discussion tool. Final tax, fees, financing and the purchase agreement still require dealership confirmation.

READY FOR THE NUMBERS

Try a deal of your own.

Use the live calculator now. Workspace access remains a separate step.

Saved drafts and publication are different states. LotTrail never claims that a Facebook listing is live until you confirm it.
